For Channel Partners

Commission Models

How partner earnings are structured, when they become payable, and what gets deducted or reversed. No surprises at statement time.

The Structure

Three Ways Partners Earn

Most partners run on a combination of the first two, with incentives layered on top during peak intakes.

Per-enrolment commission

A fixed percentage on each confirmed enrolment, set per institution and per programme. This is the base model every partner starts on.

Tiered volume slabs

Your rate moves up once enrolments in a cycle cross the thresholds in your schedule. Tier is reassessed at the end of every cycle.

Incentives and bonuses

Additional payouts on priority programmes, early-intake submissions, and documentation quality above the agreed threshold.

Tiers

Payout Cycle

From Enrolment to Payment

Every payout follows the same four stages, tracked end to end in the partner portal.

01

Qualifying event

Commission becomes payable only after the event defined in your schedule - normally confirmed enrolment plus receipt of the corresponding amount from the institution.

02

Statement issued

At the end of each cycle you receive a statement listing every qualifying enrolment, the rate applied, and the amount due.

03

Raise your invoice

Raise a tax-compliant invoice against the statement. Payment is not released without it.

04

Settlement

Payment goes to the bank account registered in your entity's name, after applicable taxes, tax deducted at source, and bank charges.

What affects your payout

  • Duplicate or previously registered leads do not qualify
  • Attribution follows our record of first valid submission
  • Student withdrawal, deferral, or refund can reverse commission already credited
  • Applicable taxes, TDS, and bank charges are deducted at settlement
  • Disputes on a statement must be raised in writing within 30 days
  • Incomplete or invalid documents delay the qualifying event

What we expect in return

  • Student consent captured before any lead is submitted
  • Accurate academic records, never altered or fabricated
  • No guarantees of admission, scholarship, or visa outcomes to students
  • No collection of institution fees into a partner account without written authorisation
  • No paid advertising on our brand name without written approval
  • Prompt handover of documents requested during verification
These pages summarise the commercial relationship. The binding terms are in your executed commission schedule and our B2B Terms of Use. Where the two differ, the signed schedule applies.
